The refurbished Herman Miller Aeron in the Carbon version has been completely reconditioned/refurbished. This means that various parts of the office chair are overhauled or replaced. In addition, the chair is fully checked and tested, and is professionally cleaned.

The Aeron C features rear tilt:
- Features height adjustable and swivel armrests.
- Reverse tilt in position adjustable to body weight
- Without lumbar support, with Posturefit lumbar support adjustable in depth or lumbar support adjustable in height and depth.
