Herman Miller Eames EA107 Vintage Conference Chair Creme

The Aluminum Chair EA 117 Office Chair was designed and developed in 1958 by Charles & Ray Eames and belongs to the collection of the Herman Miller brand. The Aluminum Chair belongs to one of the greatest furniture designs of the twentieth century. Originally, the chair was commissioned by Eero Saarinen.

For the Aluminum Chair, they moved away from their signature one-piece seat shells. Instead, the seat consists of aluminum side and cross profiles between which several layers of fabric are tightly stretched. This makes the seat firm, yet elastic and comfortable.

This version is fitted in a beautiful cream upholstery with wheels a 5-star base. Traces of use on frame present.
