Soft Pad Chair EA 219 Office chair was designed and developed in 1969 by Charles & Ray Eames and belongs to the amazing collection of the Vitra brand.

Both in construction and shape, these chairs resemble the Aluminum Chairs. They therefore belong to the same series; the Aluminum Group. However, on the Soft Pad Chair, the sewn-on leather cushions contrast in a striking but beautiful way with the slim aluminum profile.

The Soft Pad Chairs are also softer and more luxurious than the chairs from the Aluminum Group, while retaining the same sleek shape. This version is made with gray leather.
