The Stitz leaning aid is a piece of furniture where you do not sit or stand, but somewhere in between. What's so ingenious about Stitz is that it allows the body to relax, but at the same time puts it to the test. That's why you don't sit on Stitz, but rest on it diagonally. This elevates your pelvis, improves your metabolism, improves your sense of balance and activates your muscles without putting too much strain on them. You can sit from all sides. The elastomer base is filled with quartz sand, so Stitz won't tip over even when tilted. With a freely accessible disc under the seat, you can infinitely adjust the support height with an integrated gas spring.
